That is the total for the build. Every website also needs a domain and hosting, which is a separate ongoing cost that stays in your name. We can host it for you, set it up on a company you choose, or recommend one. Typically it runs under $200 a year combined. Beyond that, if the project needs more than the package covers, you get a fixed quote before we start. You will never receive an invoice you did not agree to first.

We can. Some clients prefer we handle hosting and maintenance so there is one number to call when something breaks. Others prefer to own the account directly, in which case we set it up on a provider you pick, or recommend one that fits your traffic and budget. Either way the account is in your name and you can leave with the site.

Stock photography and paid fonts, if you want them, are quoted separately. Everything else needed to launch a working site is in the price.

Only for services that are ongoing, like SEO, ads management, or maintenance. The site build itself is a one-time cost.
