What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your website address if you provide one, and the message you write. That is all sent to us by email so we can reply.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It collects standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or your browser's own privacy settings.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to deliver work you have hired us for. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our email. The site is hosted on Netlify. Analytics data is processed by Google. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics may set cookies to measure repeat visits. You can block or delete these in your browser at any time without affecting how the site works.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful to the relationship. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@bluelakewebdesign.com and we will handle it.
