How much does a website cost?+
$899 for a three page site, which covers most local businesses. $1,999 for eight pages. Anything larger or ecommerce gets a fixed quote before we start. The price is on the site because you should not have to sit through a sales call to find out what something costs.
How long does it take?+
About two weeks for most sites, measured from when we have your content. Larger builds take longer and the timeline goes in the quote.
What makes these sites faster than what I have now?+
Most small business sites are built on page builders that ship a pile of scripts the visitor has to wait through. Yours is built on the same framework Porsche, IKEA and Cloudflare use, which sends finished code instead. It loads fast, the code underneath stays clean, and Google measures both.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No. There is a written scope so we both know what is being built, but nothing locking you into ongoing payments. If you keep us on for SEO or ads, that is month to month.
Who actually does the work?+
Eric, the owner. You are not handed to an account manager and your site is not sent offshore. Call (248) 800-1855 and you get the person building it.
Is SEO included?+
The foundations are, on every build. Heading structure, metadata, schema, local business data, page speed and Core Web Vitals. Ongoing SEO to chase rankings is separate work and priced separately.
Do you host it?+
We can, or you can own the hosting account directly and we set it up on a provider you pick. Either way the account is in your name and you can leave with the site. Domain and hosting together usually run under $200 a year.
What if I already have a website?+
Most of our work is replacing one. Tell us what is not working, whether that is speed, leads, or that it looks dated, and we will tell you straight whether it needs a rebuild or just fixing.
